  • Cell PHONE/TECH DEVICE REMINDER-For safety purposes, the district permits students to possess personal mobile/cell phones; however, these devices must remain turned off and out of sight during the instructional day, including during all testing, unless they are being used for teacher-approved instructional purposes. The instructional day begins when a student enters the school building and ends when he or she leaves for the day. If a student uses a telecommunications device for anything other than teacher approved instructional purposes or  without administrator authorization (including receiving calls or texts or texting while in the cafeteria or hallways) the device will be confiscated. Additional information regarding this issue was provided in registration packets and is available in the student handbook and the office.
