Aronda Green, Ed. D.
As an energetic and results-oriented education leader with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Green is passionate about transforming schools, developing leaders, and fostering student success. Her expertise spans various areas, including: highly effective instructional leader with success in school transformation and leadership development, recruitment and talent management, professional development, coaching, mentoring, improving student and staff success, process improvement, cultivating cultures and climates of trust along with responsible budgeting.
Currently serving as the Associate Superintendent of Schools at Peaster ISD, Dr. Green provides visionary leadership to campuses across all grade levels (Pre-K-12). She oversees a wide range of areas, including leadership development, human resources, student support services, and facilities management.
Prior to her current role, Dr. Green held diverse leadership positions, including Federal Programs Director, Elementary Principal, Early Childhood Curriculum Director, Interventionist and Teacher. Her rich experience across various levels of education provides her with a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the school system.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Green is a dedicated mother and passionate advocate for foster care and adoption. She believes that every child deserves a loving and supportive home.
